I'm 36 and have always had some but looked in the mirror lately and was horrified to see it was from my bum to my knees and baaaad...I about cried. But then I got to looking and found this and figured it's cheap and worth a try. I have used every day for just a couple minutes when getting out of shower in combination with M3 naturals anti cellulite massage oil which I also got on here. I am bruised and in the areas I have bruised I have avoided to allow to heal, I've read the bruising will stop if you stay consistent. If your considering buying this I would absolutely recommend it.
