I have fibromyalgia which can be very painful at times. Medications help, but it's the fascia that needs some massaging. While showering in a very warm shower with the volume of water on low, I apply shower gel to my body and using firm but light to medium pressure, run the tool up and down and in circular motions all over. What a difference it has made in the few days I've been using it. Even tendonitis in my elbow is easing up. Most PT will use a scraper to break up scar tissue in tendonitis, but this gets into a little deeper area with the dulled points. This is not a medical device, but I have found some uses outside of the cellulite "removal".

The first time I used it was painful and reddened the areas used on, but with continued use I don't notice pain. My skin does get red and I probably am aggressive trying to get the areas worked over. The only other thing I am using in conjunction with this device is firming oil right after I take a shower. I am not aggressive with it, and before I towel dry, I apply the firming oil to capture the hydration. That is it!
