I've read several reviews of this product where people say they can't get it to harden under the lights and it stays sticky and doesn't dry completely. The trick is to wet a small piece of tissue with rubbing alcohol and wipe over the nail after 2-3 minutes under the lamp. The alcohol will make the gel ice hard, smooth and shiny.
