I had weight-loss surgery, and then had a brachioplasty (extra-skin on my arms removed) after 100lb wt loss. Following surgery you have to wear compression sleeves, and these were the best by far that I found. Best for comfort and best for value. But, best for what are now thin arms. If that is what you're considering buying this for, I would highly recommend.
