There have been a lot of bad reviews about this item with a lot of them saying the strap broke right off the bat. I guess if you're really trying to stretch it but since I read the reviews before using it I would probably have been more careful using it. I haven't used it in a long time but can already see a difference in my underarm fat. So I'm happy with my purchase and will update if and when the straps break me but so far so good!
