I have not used the measurements yet but found it wonderful when used on my worktop, it does not slide about, neither does the pastry when being rolled out. It can be washed in really hot water so I know it is always spotlessly clean and free from bacteria. It folds away nicely too. It is extremely strong and will probably outlive me. I am well pleased and would recommend it to anyone.

Have been thinking about getting something like this for ages but have only now purchased one. Why did i wait so long. This silicone baking mat is brilliant. Its non stick, perfect size, doesn't move about on the worktop when using, has measurements on and is so easy to clean and dry. I just put it in the washing up bowl to clean and wipe it over then just hang it over the drainer to dry and it drys so quickly. Easy to fold and store away when not using and takes no space up at all. Highly recommend this product.

This is such a good aid to have in the kitchen. I store it wrapped around my rolling pin, so it takes up no space. My work surfaces have many different food items on them, so when I make pastry I always have to have a good clean up before I roll out, and then maybe chemical residue from the cleaning product may linger. Now I use my silicone mat and no more worries! Any any bits of flour or pastry left behind can easily be scooped up and put in the food recycle bin. Brilliant!
