I use one of the bottom ones for scraps and I don’t have to go to the garbage bin every other moment to throw away scraps. I use the other bins to store my ingredients after cutting them and before I use them. I like that there is no guessing if I added the same amounts of each vegetable. I just filled the bin to the line with each one and I know they were all the equal volume in my recipe. The cutting board itself is super sturdy and nice to use. It doesn’t shift around on the counter and is pretty enough that I can leave it sitting out when I take the attachments off. I highly recommend this as a gift to any budding chef in your life.
