Selector 4 Position. Switches isolated battery banks to all loads or combines battery banks to all loads.

Features

  • Rated at 500 amps continuous, for large diesel environments. Ignition protected and safe for installation aboard gasoline powered boats.

  • Make-before-break contact design allows switching between battery banks without power interruption.

  • Case design allows surface or rear panel mounting.

    I've worked with similar switches "back in the day" we called them A & B switches" Don't ask what year that was. This switch is robust, has a large amperage capacity, can be mounted several ways, the switch itself is stiff to rotate BUT, I suppose that's a good thing. The only CAVEAT I had was the #2 on the face was #1 on the back side, it just meant I need to route my wires a little different. OR maybe it was made for left handed people. Would I invest in one of these again yes for sure.
