Bread Shaped Pet Collar – Toast Cat Adjustable Collar Wound Healing

So much better than a cone. He was pawing too much at an eye injury. We tried a cone but it really freaked the poor guy out. He couldn’t see where he was going and kept knocking stuff over. This he doesn’t mind and it still does the job of keeping his eye safe.

My cat had a wound on his head he kept grooming so it wouldn’t heal. The traditional cone freaked him out so I needed something less confining. With this he could still reach his wound but it took a lot of effort so it was not as often as without it enabling him to heal. He could still eat and drink with no problems. The main issue I had was the longer he wore it the looser the drawstring got, he managed to get it off more often after that. It worked long enough for his wound to heal. On the plus side he looked really cute and he used it as a pillow. I will purchase this again if I need too.

My big boy licked some sores on his neck and back , the vet was going to suggest an e- collar to help alongside some medications , but it would have laid on and aggravate the sores. Upon some research I found this . It provides comfort, the right amount of thickness that prevents him from continuing to lick those spots and the right amount of stretch to fit over head with easy adjustable tassels . My Cat hasn’t been able to slip out of . I felt safe leaving him alone with this on as it doesn’t prevent him from doing anything.

My kitty HATES her hard plastic cone, but sometimes she has to wear it because she sometimes obsessively scratches her neck. The toast-cone is a great in-between the discourages and stops her from scratching too much but it is FAR more comfortable than her hard plastic e-collar cone. She'll even sleep with her chin resting on it like a little pillow! Definitely recommend.

After my kitten got spayed, she could barely walk in the e-collar cone they gave her. She couldn’t eat, drink, or get comfortable in it so I found this and the second I put it on her, her entire demeanor changed. She relaxed and could eat, drink, and lay comfortably because it’s like a giant toast pillow. Never once did she try to get it off, she didn’t seem to mind the toast at all. Plus, it was extremely amusing for me. Highly recommend this as an alternative to the cone.

Rocky could eat, drink, sleep but NOT mess with his sutures. He had cat fight wounds on his shoulder and butt that required stitches. The horrible plastic "collar of shame" the vet sent him home with amounted to cruel and unusual punishment adding to his already restricted life (no time outside for 10 days!) He was able to eat and drank without the collar getting in his wet food or water; he could jump and run all over the house as usual and slept comfortably. Washing was easy. I had purchased a couple other similar collars that worked pretty well when this one was in the wash. He appreciated the lack of bulk and flexibility of this one.

So...my baby Sophia just got spayed. I thought I’d be proactive and get the recovery suit...fail! She couldn’t move and wiggled out of it twice. So back to the vet I go to get the dreaded e collar. She hated it so much and it too her spirit right out of her and she just couldn’t get comfortable. I ordered this and as u can see she loves it! She can still lick the “essentials” lol, but can’t get to her wound! I highly recommend for your little fur baby as well! Hope I could help make your babies life easier!

We own a special-needs cat sanctuary. This cone is a game changer!! Our kitty Boston had a TECA surgery and laser work on her opposite ear. TECA is removing the entire ear canal. The Toast Neck Cone worked perfectly for her. She could not scratch her ears during the two weeks she was required to wear it but she was capable of doing everything else with ease. The surgeon and staff at the speciality hospital absolutely loved it and even they ordered a few. Our own vet was equally impressed. We purchased several cones to try, even one that was see through but none of those were well received. Cats hate cones and they are easy to get off. Boston didn't mind wearing this cone at all. It's lightweight, adjustable but doesn't prevent them from eating and it's easy to clean (hand wash). Tip: buy more than one! Especially for after surgery care when ointments and such can be messy. Please note that this cone will NOT work for a spay/neuter surgery or similar. Only for head/ear conditions. Highly recommend!!!

On 2/11 my baby girl was taken to get spayed. Knowing how my cat is a bit skittish and anything out of the norm makes her very uneasy, I dreaded the thought of her wearing an uncomfortable cone while trying to recover from surgery. I searched alternatives and found a recovery suit that I wasn't able to use because the vet wouldn't put it on her, and insisted a cone was needed instead. Since the vet (Thrive) I took her to is located inside of petco, I purchased a cone from petco. As I expected, my baby hated the cone, wouldn't eat or drink water and she refused to move from the same spot as she freaked out trying to remove what was around her head. I then attempted to put the suit on but she cried (probably from being in pain or feeling threatened) and I was too scared to continue my attempts so I decided to remove cone while supervising her for hours at a time so she could eat and use the bathroom comfortably. I did leave the cone on at night so that I could sleep. 2/12 (day after surgery) I purchased this item in hopes it would help her in any way possible. After purchase, expected arrival was 2/14. Today is 2/13 and to my surprise, my package arrived. SO HAPPY I purchased this!!! Immediately after I put this on, she started walking normal and drank water for the 1st time in 3 days. No more walking backwards and she is sleeping comfortably and curled. I wish I would have bought this sooner as I wasted money on the original cone and recovery suit, but more importantly could have saved her the extra stress and discomfort. I'll be recommending this to anyone I hear or know needing a recovery cone. THANK YOU!!!!

My boy manx freaked out when the cone was on him. Plus, he just looked uncomfortable for sleeping and eating and drinking too. We bought the toast, egg, and pineapple. The pineapple is definitely smaller where the opening is. He can take it off pretty easily but he doesn't try. He uses it as a pillow while wearing it. He actually loves it. And it keeps him from licking his arm. I highly recommend the egg and the toast. Super cute, cozy and my boy loves it.
