My son is small for his age so this is a great support for him while using the adult seat belt. It brings the seat belt down to his shoulder and gives him extra protection on the stomach. The shoulder pad is also very thick and comfortable for his neck when he falls asleep.

He is too big for any of the booster seats with the full on harness, which is what I really would have preferred, so I bought this based on reviews and it works great. The seat belt comes down the shoulder across the chest as it should. As you can see in the picture the pillow it comes with is very comfortable. My son really likes it and we have had no issues! I 100% recommend buying!!

My daughter loves having a pillow, as it is not only soft but prevents rubbing of the seat belt against her neck, and the lower contraption helps keep her little arms at bay and where they should be.
