My dog is obsessed with this toy, and it keeps her occupied while I'm busy. It has an adjustable treat dispenser that adjusts up to about 3/4 inch and can be closed all the way. My dog is a power chewer but she can't get a grip on this toy to destroy it. It can be loud if picked up and dropped but my dog mostly wobbles it around with her face so it hasn't been an issue. It also didn't break when it fell about 2 feet. So over all I recommend this toy.
