I've used another type of product for the past few years that helped a bit, but they weren't made well and I had to replace them fairly often. This is very soft, lays over your shoulders and a small part of your neck. It has 3 vibration levels plus a heating pad that gets warm but not overly hot like normal ones do. It relaxes and soothes your tired stiff aching neck. I am so pleased with it, I'm going to order a spare so I'll have another when this one no longer works.
