I'm a personal trainer/nutritionist, I workout consistently in general and eat relatively healthy so it's certainly not the sole base for getting ab definition, but I've tested it out to long enough to notice a visible difference when I'm using it versus not using it in general. I'd recommend it as a good product overall, but think it's basically a good “bonus” thing to add if you're prioritizing healthy eating and regular workouts in general. It's not “the solution” for leaning out if you're not doing those other things.

I can conceal it easily under my shirt and usually keep it on for about half an hour to hour. I prefer using the power level 7-8, anything higher contracts my abs WAY too hard lol, so be careful initially and don't go to crazy. You will definitely feel contractions with this belt. The velcro straps also give you a lot of room to work with. I was a little nervous since I am a pretty small person. I wasn't sure that I would be able to fit it snuggly around me.
