It's a simple concept to clean windows but cleaning windows is not anyone's favorite chore, especially on the outside. The windows look great and there is a sheeting action that you can visibly see. The only gripe I had is that on the clean water spray, it looks just like the soap spray, however, the soap spray is much more frothy so you don't really know you are rinsing. A simple fix is to let it sit after the rinse, unhook the hose and rinse again with actual clean water. I give it 5 stars due to it's simple, inexpensive, and actually works. If only most items can say the same.
