It's nice that it can be controlled by a remote as she has a loft bed and the astronout stays on a shelf. The letters on the remote are not intuitive and I had to read the manual to figure out what the buttons did. Pictograms would be more appropriate. I like that it has a sleep timer and a variety of color and star settings. You can change the brightness, patterns, and timing. You can move the head to change where it projects. Overall good value.
