Instructions

As they spread and stretch your foot, you'll find that your overall foot pain and discomfort diminishes, and I swear it helps with plantar fasciitis, and calf pain and cramping too. I have terrible bunions, but these things have helped push the big toe back in a somewhat more normal position, and have definitely helped with the overall flexibility of my entire foot and toes so that the bunion isn't painful.

After reading reviews from previous buyers of products, I just had to try them for myself. Over the last couple of years, I've been having more issues with my feet - starting to get a hammertoe on my right foot, pain with walking, and being less and less able to wear anything with a heel without a lot of pain (though I wear athletic shoes at work, so high heels were not the root of my problem). The product is great! Who would have thought that wearing these to spread the toes apart would work so well? But, as our feet are in shoes that squeeze our toes and feet into unnatural positions and change our walking styles (which in turn affect our backs and necks, etc), I can totally understand why they work. I have not had any pain while wearing these, as other people have mentioned, only a feeling of relief. I wholeheartedly love my product!
