I don't write many reviews but I had to for these. I'm on my feet for 60 hours a week. I was plagued by plantar fasciitis for almost 6 months. It was incredibly painful. Sometimes by the end of my shifts I would be in tears. I tried everything, boots and slings, stretching, icing it. I didn't know what else I could do. I came across these in some research and found that they could help. It was unconfirmed studies. Mostly speculation. I said screw it, I've tried everything else. So I bought them. They literally cured me with in weeks. I wore them everyday for 30 minutes. In a week I felt so much better. In 3 my plantar fasciitis was gone. And I mean completely gone. A lot of people here said they are painful. I didn't find that at all. I wore them for 30 minutes right off the bat with zero problems. After only a week I could tolerate an hour. It just felt like stretching. Not exactly comfortable, but by no means painful. If you suffer from plantar fasciitis, GET THESE.

I got used to them very quickly and I can absolutely tell a difference in the morning if I did not wear them the night before. I put then in at the end of the day during tv time. I've suffered from plantar fasciitis for decades. In addition, after a leg injury, my foot had constant severe cramping and arthritis which resulted in constant swelling, pain and a limp. Physical therapy and stretching helped, but not enough. Within 2 or 3 sessions of using this product, the swelling is gone. The pain is much less. I wish I'd found this product years ago.
