This item works quite well. You do have to use some common sense though. Clothes should be spun dry if possible the more the better. I works best with small light items. Heavier materials are going to take longer. Also the more clothes you hang up the longer it is going to take since there will be more moisture in the air. The recommended time is 180 minutes. Part of that time is the machine warming up. I found the 180 minutes to be about right and the clothes smelled great. If you want you can let you clothes air dry a little then put them in the dryer. I've tried that too and it worked quite well. I'm happy with it.

We washed one load of shirts and decided to try it out. They were completely dry within 40 minutes, and since they were already on hangers he just hung them up. Now that's nice! He has used this for towels, jeans, and other heavier items. You can't over crowd this dryer or it will be running for quite a while but it did the job as stated. I'm very happy with this product and I do recommend it for those who do not have access to a regular dryer.

Im tired of hiking laundry up and down flights of stairs so I invested in a portable washer and this dryer. I love this thing! It's perfect for small jobs and any clothing items. I'll still prefer to put jeans and towels in a regular dryer but this definitely works for a quick fix. Towels and jeans are a bit stiff but I can live with it. It was fine for drying a heavy hooded sweatshirt. I pack it away between uses and it only takes about 2 minutes to set it up when I need it. I should have gotten this long before. I love it.
