I'm 42 and have had mild hearing issues ally life. I've never had hearing aids or anything, but the last year or so my hearing has really started declining. I don't have the money for full blown hearing aids, so I decided to buy one of these after reading reviews. I figured 60 bucks wasn't much to lose if it didn't work, but if it did it could make things better. I have young kids and a husband and found myself asking them to repeat themselves three or more time because I just couldn't hear them, which made me very depressed because they would get very frustrated with me. Well, I'll tell you, this has changed my life! I can hear everything. Everything is crisp, clear, and I can finally hear even the smallest sounds again. I never want to take this off. Im going to buy one more for my other ear. I'm so happy!

I figure if this works for 3 months or more I am money ahead and even so if I have to replace it 4 times a year it is still cheaper than the visits to the hearing aid doctor. recommend giving this device serious consideration

I've used this for a week now and can see very real benefit. I have one similar from another brand that cost at least twice as much with very little improvement in sound. I like being able to buy batteries locally when needed rather than spending roughly $30 to purchase one for my older system. I only wear it when watching TV and don't see a big difference in sound quality between the modes. I don't know how it works but the TV sound is amplified but it isn't just a case of the volume being cranked up. All in all I think this is a great product at a reasonable price.

Have found that adding this unit to my right ear has brought up my ability to hear to a higher level. For a long time I have used only one hearing device for my nearly all deaf left ear. My right ear hears much better without a device. But to improve my overall hearing I decided to check out the effectiveness of the Bzitzgo Amplifier. It does not go up high enough for me but as a secondary device, it helps a great deal to give me all around hearing. My other old device is a $20 chargeable amplifier that happens to go up very high for hearing. So together they help me a great deal. I'm pleased.

I got this as a temporary hearing aid for my father, who left his expensive hearing aids in another country when we fled back to America due to the pandemic :( We weren't expecting much from such a cheap product, but it's amazing. The battery life is amazing, it's super simple to use, and my father doesn't need to constantly fumble around with it to replace the batteries. We've had it for about 2-3 months now. In short: much better than his old hearing aids that cost a few thousand dollars. FYI: he has severe hearing loss. Oh, and the only potential downside is that it is definitely noticeable, but frankly my father doesn't care about that and neither do we.

I CAN HEAR AGAIN! Amazing what this little critter can do. I'm using the lowest volume and it's about right for me. The different settings are also great as you can pretty much tailor it to your hearing loss- high frequency...low frequency....midtone...all. It wears comfy on the ear. I'm using the ear plug it came with in the box- there are 3 sizes to fit all ears. Considering I just got it, if it lasts a few years, it's light years ahead of the EXPENSIVE hearing aids that don't do anything different. I don't wear it around the house so I only have about 10 hours on the battery. It's still works just fine. In my opinion, you'll be hard pressed to find a better aid to better hearing. The noise canceling works great, the unit works great and for 1/10th the cost of a supposed "hearing aid". I would HIGHLY recommend trying one of these before spending the big bucks on the hearing aids. I'm happy and I think you will be too.

A week later, I wore it to a restaurant and was delighted to be able to distinctly hear my boyfriend's voice and not have to continually ask him to repeat himself. There is another model by Britzco I may try out which digitally modifies background noise. However, at the present I am very satisfied and have passed along the word to several friends.
