This is a great aid for me while sitting at my desk all day. The rigid back brace really promotes for me to engage my core and keep my shoulders back rather than hunched forward. At the end of the day I'm suffering from less headaches and neck pain.This is easy to put on by myself. There is a loop in the back that holds the shoulder cross straps in place. This can be a little difficult to do if you haven't looked through this prior to putting it on.I would definitely suggest sizing up if you are at all in doubt of what size you might wear. There's a lot of elasticity and the straps and waistband are customizable with full length hook and loop closures. However, if you're unable to to get one end to reach the other, none of that matters. I would also take into consideration as to whether you might be using this whips sitting or standing. While sitting, my waistline is a few inches wider than standing.I started wearing this for 20 mins at a time for a couple of times during the day. That way I was able to build up a tolerance.
