I may have skipped 2 days in between. The recommended daily time was 5 minutes, however my jaw started getting tired after 2 minutes when I started so I build up to the full 5 minutes by day 5 or 6. The skin on my neck was looking a bit crepe like and I could pinch it and I had a mini double chin developing lol. I must say that I see tightness in my neck area and a smooth chin in 21 days of use. I also did a little 2 minute face massage after.
