The knife sharpener stone can use WATER for sharpening, doesn’t need expensive sharpening/honing oils.

The higher Grit, the smoother surface, can help to polish your knife, fine grinding, very sharp blades

Setting the ankle was a little clumsy/awkward, but that's my fault really because I was using my iPhone. I recommend using an angle finder. It was easy to use once I got it set up.

The customer service with this company is top notch though. They contacted me and asked how they could make it right. I quickly received replacement sharpening stones and would highly recommend this sharpener and this company. I'm assuming they read their reviews because I was worried after I read some of them but mine arrived unbroken and with instructions which probably weren't even necessary because it's so easy to set up, there was an extra screw as someone else mentioned but I prefer when products some with something like that incase one gets lost which obviously can happen super easily, i love it for myself and I'll probably end up buying another as a gift for my parents who have some of the worlds dullest knives
