OMG. The leather cleaner scared me a bit as the chair surfaces got even more faded and almost raw seeming. But when I applied the restorer color the chair leather just "sucked it up" and now looks completely new. My husband is astonished and he keeps going to look at it. Have not used the final sealer yet but if that had not come with the other products I would never have known I needed it. Second day after the first color application I had to touch up a few areas but overall it was covered and the liquid was gone. Seeped into the leather like it was never applied in the first place. There is no flaking at all. I know that some folks have not had this experience but mine has been excellent and I will buy this product again. Just follow the directions! KAH

I have sealer that is supposed to arrive Thursday so until that arrives I can't say if I would trust it alone to stay put. It is a paint (not at all like a shoe polish as others have stated) it cleans up with water. So I don't recommend not sealing it. But it looks better regardless, was easy to apply.

My Tumi briefcase is over 20 years old. It was more grey from wear than it’s original color of black. I applied a thin layer of Leather Hero and now it looks like new. It’s amazing. It literally looks like a new briefcase and that was with using very little of the product. I only wish I did a before and after photo!
