Bought this tool, went in the drain about half way with it, and found the clog. I literally know nothing about plumbing and I successfully used this tool. The hardest part was getting the hair off the tool when I got it out. Also comes with gloves thank goodness, but one of mine had a tear in it (noticed while I was pulling off the gunk 🤢) I definitely recommend it!
