These melamine foam “magic erasers” work great for cleaning things. Why pay so much for the name brand, when you can have the same thing for literally a fraction of the price. They work the best with copious amounts of water and can take most any kind of dirt/debris off your surfaces. All those burnt, stubborn, sticky spills, and stains can be easily removed off bathroom fixtures, cabinets, and even walls using these sponges with just water. I had to learn to go softly on the walls because although I took off the dirt, I took the sheen off as well. Be careful though, like real sandpaper, you can take off too much. They end up eventually dissolving. Hope this helps you make your decision.
