Indeed, if you are making any amount of spheres at all, it would take forever to scoop them out with a spoon. (We found it easiest to have an empty bowl and strainer standing by, then pour the formed spheres into the strainer. Presto...ready for rinsing. The previously empty bowl is now your solution bowl and ready for the next batch of spheres.) Perhaps I'll use the spoons to Serve the spheres.....
