I thought with the puppy teething she would shred it, but not the case. It's so soft and the velcro that holds the 'heart' is very secure! We had an issue with the 'heart' in that after a week, it stopped working. We replaced the batteries, but sadly, it no longer worked. I contacted the company, and within MINUTES, my email was answered and by the next day a new 'heart' was on its way to our snuggle puppy. Customer service was absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend this product!
