Where she was able to destroy every other stuffed animal we ever got her, she did not destroy this. Now, we have another border collie puppy who is loving this toy the same way. He loves to rest his head on it when sleeping. He will even ask me to make the heartbeat. And yes, the heart is still beating two years later. I highly recommend this product.
