Of course, after years of this, my back is in awful shape! I decided to go with this cushion after a lot of deliberating over brands, since it was on the cheaper end and also from a seemingly reputable company, in hopes that it would make sitting 'normally' more comfortable. It is a deep cushion with a zip cover and is helping me to sit comfortably at work each day. The depth of the cushion is good and seems to spring back when it is left over night, my other cushion has become quite flat so I will purchasing another of these cushions in the near future. It is well worth buying if you have any issues with posture while sitting, or a chronic back problem.
