Several tips for using it that are not included—-dust the pelmenitsa with flour before putting on the first layer of dough and after filling it with meat, spray/mist some water over the top before putting on the second layer, to help it stick together. It would have taken me 5 times as long to make as many pelmeni as I made with this by hand. New favorite kitchen gadget!
