Wide & Comfortable Bike Saddle Ergonomic Soft Cushion for MTB Road

I did some research and found that bicycling could cause prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate). Someone mentioned taking time off from biking and get a seat that accommodates the perineum.

The bicycle seat came today. We are pleased with the way it came and with the way it looks. As to installation, comfort, and value for cost, it will be “a while” before the user can report on these factors, but the feelings regarding this purchase/product are very positive today.

Obviously there are tradeoffs on buying this seat. I am a lifelong rider 64yrs old, and the bones start to ache on the old race style saddles. This seat is designed for a long endurance/fondo style ride that will give you hours in the saddle. There are a few tradeoffs. Its a little wide in the rear, the padding is thick and will sit you up a bit higher, you may be required to adjust your seat height, but not much. Finally, its heavy. I do not care, these days I am in it for comfort...period, and this seat is the most comfortable seat that's' ever been stuck to my ass.

Somehow I managed to break my mountain bike seat with a crash. I needed a replacement & was looking for something a bit more comfortable than the original that came with the bike. My the crash was a good thing, because this new seat is much more comfortable on long rides. I recommend this seat.

I have a collection of bike seats that come with the bikes, all very uncomfortable. This is the most comfortable seat I've ever found. I use it for mountain biking. I have 5 bikes, any more and I think my wife would protest. Seriously this is a REALLY comfortable seat.

Lets be honest, most slim seats simply suck for comfort. We put up with it and try to acclimate to it in the interest of weight savings. I finally couldn't take it anymore and purchased a Serfas gel saddle, and I did like that seat although it was heavy. But it stopped the ache in my a**. But it tore apart on a crash on the trail. Not too bad to use, but being anal I started looking for a replacement. Normally I support local bike shops only, but none had this seat and I didn't want to have them order one only to return it for what I was sure to be a disappointing experience. BOY WAS I WRONG! I absolutely LOVE this saddle!! It is not only super comfortable with no a** pain even after long days after days in the saddle, but since it isn't so......mushy(?) like other padded, heavier seats, it offers more support and control when using my thighs to help manipulate the bike on singletrack. Now I am by no means any sort of advanced rider. I am a middle aged man trying to lose weight, get fit, and re-live some of my younger days tackling trails I probably shouldn't anymore, at least until the first two are achieved. But comfort plays a big part in maintaining the desire to continue this regimen and not give up and accept my weight and age. And this saddle delivers in spades. I look forward to getting on my bike every day, whether at my local single track or just putting miles on the local green belt for exercise, largely because it doesn't hurt. Therefore I can have fun and enjoy my exercise and want to continue it. Thank you

I had a different seat brand before, cover split on one, cushion collapsed on the other. I put this on two road bikes a few years ago, great. Now I put one on my mountain bike (for shopping at BJs Club, with big baskets). Padding is firm and comfortable for long rides, my hips are supported so the nose of the seat does not hurt my crotch. I am in my 70's, keep riding comfortably and you will live longer and enjoy life.
