When powered on digital gauge will read the voltage for 1 minute and switch to Air Fuel Ratio.

It will only switch back to voltage if there is a decrease or increase

Looks like it is built pretty decent, though the case is a very cheap plastic and would of preferred metal but seems everything is plastic nowadays. I installed it and the sensor screwed right into my existing bung. The threads are precoated with I think is anti-seize. The sensor cable is plenty long enough for my application and I probably will end up with a glove box full of rolled up cable. Once I get it running, I will try to update my review here.
