The only thing I don’t like is that I can’t find a place to purchase extra pillowcases. It would be nice to have that option.

I have tried many, many pillows. I use it for sleeping on either side and also on my back. I could do without the ear hole thingy as my ear rarely lands in the right spot but it is not so hard to ignore it either.
