We came to Florida 2 weeks ago and we have a 3 month old and I got on amazon looking for a float for him bc I knew we were coming back this week, and I wanted something he would enjoy and we would too. It’s awesome! I wish I had a pic to post. He loved it! And we didn’t have to hold him 24/7 in the pool. We can relax and hold onto the float. It straps them in too. Of course you wldnt leave them unattended but it’s nice to have to float your baby. Definitely a must buy!!!!!

I’m so glad I purchased this float for my 3 month old. It’s so nice to be able to go to the pool and have him be safe from the sun while enjoying the refreshing water with us. The canopy keeps him safe from the sun, while allowing the nice breeze through. The float has two separate compartments that take only seconds to inflate. The incline is comfortable for baby since he can’t sit up on his own. There’s a sufficient amount of water that baby sits in to keep him cool too! Although we do buckle him in, this device is not one that will prevent him from drowning. The handle allows me to keep him close while wading or sitting in the shallow end of the pool. Tip: I unbutton the back of the canopy when the sun is overhead. He’s completely covered. I also use a small hand towel to cover his feet from the sun or dampen it to keep him cool.

Handles are nice to hold onto. Only complaint is the little mouth pieces to blow it up keep popping out and won’t stay pushed in, but it doesn’t let air out. Good size for newborn and up. At 11 weeks old and 24 inches, my baby’s feet are over edge but it holds her just fine.

I think the specs said the float is for 3 or maybe even 6 month olds. I just could not find anything else that seemed like it would work for a small baby. This was the closest thing.
