The whiteheads and blackhead are extracted easily and I really only experience any pain when I’m popping the large pimples. My face got worse before it got better but now my acne is under control again. These tools are easy to clean, I just wipe with alcohol swabs or soak them for an hour or two and dry them on a towel.
