Driver Installation Tips

Before installation, please uninstall the Other brand’s driver and reboot your computer. Please close all the drawing programs when installing the driver.
After connection, please view the “Driver Installation” from the User Guide to install the driver.

Connection Tips

Connect PC: Your computer needs to have a USB port available for the connection, if not, you need an adapter to convert for the connection.
Connect Android Phone: You have to use the OTG and USB cable to connect your Android phone.

Important Notices

Kindly note that the digital drawing sketch pad is not a standalone product. It needs to be connected to a computer/laptop/android phone to work.
The mouse control function of the graphic drawing pad can be used as a mouse to operate some shortcut keys quickly when using some design software. But don’t recommend using it directly instead of the mouse.
