I really like this pillow. My 2 month old sleeps very comfortably in the car without the stress of her head ending up really crooked. I like that it slides behind the neck rather than be an entire car seat insert. I have yet to try it in the stroller but I expect similar head support. Bought it for an upcoming road trip and I'm very happy with my purchase.
