I can see a pretty good distance too. The light when focused down is square which is different but cool. I like that I can use the strobe to blind someone without blinding myself. Perfect light to keep a lookout for intruders. I bought more and talked family and friends into purchasing some as well. I also purchased a set of rechargeable batteries and the charger to make sure I am set. This would be a perfect light for the glovebox too. You can also use it to break the windows.

That is until the lack of clip and the exclusive batteries became annoying to deal with so I looked for a cheaper alternative and I am happy to say I love this flashlight. My only issue was the clip was a little flimsy and moved a lot; however this was an easy fix with super glue. Bright light and the option to change the width of the beam is what really sold. And on top of that, you get 2 lights. What a deal.
